• Use an optional script to grab the Network ID and daemon API key after the end user creates their account.
• A daemon can also be created by using the UI, but the end user then needs to edit a systemd service file.
• Removed the message about a reverse proxy from the website - it's no longer required.
• Added a message about configuring the daemon to the website.
